On-Assignment Project may NOT be for the following types of people:

1. You have GOOD or Excellent career references that you can always count on.
2. Your skill is solid and currently in demand.
3. You DO NOT need to showcase your skills in a working environment.
4. You have a degree with opportunity in the field you are seeking or have employment.
5. You have enough credentials to confirm your value with more than enough job offers.
6. You do not need to demonstrate your skills to anyone.

On-Assignment Program IS for the following types of people:

1. You are not sure of the quality of your career references.
2. You have gaps in your employment history. ( Individuals in 2004 Database and those with solid and suitable explanations ONLY)
3. You do not have the degree or credentials, but you are able to perform the job.
4. You need to show, what is your core-capability, either because you have been doing it for a while, or it is a hobby.
5. You are a hard worker.
6. You have a good work ethic.
7. You are under-employed.
8. You are working at a job other than what you trained for.
9. You have a degree, but are working part time.
10. You do not have work experience in your desired field. (pair with qualified member in your field- such as customer service, or other position that a member feels qualified enough to mentor someone else)
11. You need to show what you have done during your time away from a regular job.
